Do students have to be enrolled in order to be allowed to provide services?

Yes, according to the NRW Higher Education Act and the examination regulations of UPB, students must be enrolled when taking examinations! Under certain circumstances, it is possible to take examinations during a leave of absence. No examinations may be taken after de-registration - this also applies to the submission of final theses!

I cannot find a student on the examination list. What do I have to do?

Point out to the examinees that students who are not on the examination list cannot expect to be assessed; participation is subject to reservation and must be documented. Any uncertainties regarding (non-)admission must be clarified immediately after the examination with the responsible administrator at the ZPS.
