Outsourcing of the subsidy department at the University of Paderborn
On 01.04.2025 the subsidy department of the University of Paderborn was outsourced to the Kommunale Versorgungskassen Westfalen-Lippe based in Münster.
Please note that the first application must be submitted in writing to the kvw subsidy office together with the “initial application for payment of a subsidy” from the kvw.
Once your initial application has been processed you will receive the first subsidy notification from the kvw subsidy office. The notice will also assign you an 8-digit kvw subsidy number, which can be used to submit all future applications and correspondence via the kvw subsidy app “Meine Beihilfe”
