Information Events
How does the application for a stay abroad work? Here we present various options for going abroad and how these can be prepared and financed.
The info events either take place online via Zoom or in presence. A previous registration is not necessary. We look forward to your visit!
The dates of the information events will be published in good time before the next application round.

| Thur, 17.04.2025 | 2-3 pm | Zoom | During the information week “Ab ins Ausland” of the Faculty of Arts and Humanities. |
| Fri, 25.04.2025 | 1-2pm (3pm) | lecture hall C2 | Following the one-hour information event, a presentation of the COLOURS Alliance partner universities will take place in the same room. |
| Mon, 28.04.2025 | 1-2pm (3pm) | Zoom | in English Following the one-hour information event, the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics will present its partnerships in detail to help students make their choice (in the same zoom room). |
| Tue, 06.05.2025 | 1-2pm (3pm) | lecture hall H3 | Following the one-hour information event, there will be an application workshop in the same room to answer any open questions about the application process. |
Consultation hours
Consultation hours take place online via Zoom. No pre-booking is necessary. You will find the Zoom link of each person below in the section of contact data.
As participants are asked to join the online consultation individually, there may be waiting times. We invite ALL participants to the meeting one after the other.
